Behavior Technician

Locations: Uvalde, TX and surrounding areas


Job Summary: Provide direct, one-on-one therapy to clients at our clinic locations. Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect data on client progress.


Requirements:

  • RBT Certification (or willingness to complete training).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean Background

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Locations: Uvalde, TX, and surrounding areas


Job Summary: Oversee and develop client treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure quality ABA services are delivered. Collaborate with families and caregivers to achieve meaningful outcomes.


Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification and state licensure (if applicable).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Experience in in-home or clinic-based ABA services preferred.
